experience with us. However, if you ever need to return or exchange a product, we’re here to
help. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, kindly email us at yadee.label@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving
your order.
To be eligible for return:
 The product must be unused and unwashed.
 All original tags and packaging must be intact.
 The item should be in its original condition.
Please note:
YADEE LABEL is not responsible for any damage caused to the product during transit.

Exchange Policy (Damaged or Faulty Items)
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by
emailing yadee.label@gmail.com along with required proof.
 Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
 If the requested item is available in stock, we will happily process an exchange.
 If the item is not available, we will guide you with suitable alternatives or proceed as per
refund terms.

Refund Policy
At YADEE LABEL, your satisfaction matters to us. If the product does not meet your expectations,
you may request a return as per the above conditions.
Once the returned product is received and approved:
 The refund will be processed directly to your bank account.
 Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was from our end.

Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
To ensure transparency and a smooth return process, an unboxing video is required for all return
or exchange requests.
The video must:
1. Clearly show the sealed package before opening (delivery label visible).
2. Capture the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.
3. Show all contents received and clearly highlight any damage or defect.
Important:
Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process return or refund requests.

Important Notes
 We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
 Slight color variations due to screen settings or minor thread irregularities are not
considered defects.
